Roade Library Subscription Membership Club

The running of Roade Library transferred to Roade Junction Community Group on the 2 October 2019:

We are a registered charity that is self-financing and run completely by volunteers.

A Library is a massive asset to any community. But we intend to not only provide a full library service free at point of access, but also to operate as a village hub providing other activities and making it a focal point for the whole community.

To raise funds for this community venture we are proposing a Roade Junction Library ‘Subscription Club’ that will give us regular contributions to support our running costs and capital outlays. This will start from the 1stApril 2021

(a subscription would make a great Christmas present!).

Our idea is that as a member of the ‘Subscription Club’ you

would be recognized as a supporter of the new Community Library, and in addition will be given a ‘Roade Library’ badge and bookmark. You will also be invited, free of charge, to an exclusive event during the year and have free entry to another fundraising entertainment event, in recognition of your support.

The membership subscription will be £2.50 per month or £27.50 if you sign up for a full year.

We hope you will find this offer attractive, as it has the double benefit of recognising you as a supporter of your new Community Library with an invite for two interesting events at your library each year.
